Leo has been with Weedingtech since it launched in 2011. Previously a director in the IT industry, Leo has extensive experience in sales, marketing, major customer relationships and building partner communities to develop the businesses activities. fraser-higsonFraser Higson

Head of UK Sales

As the head of Weedingtech’s sales team, Fraser’s key responsibilities are expanding Weedingtech product sales into the agricultural and amenity markets and building our partner community.  He brings particular expertise in negotiation and relationship building and can be found at MW-Series roadshows up and down the country as well as trade and industry events.

Fraser has a surprising double life as an organic pig farmer and definitely doesn’t view golf as a good walk spoiled! In amongst this busy life is the small matter of his baby daughter, the apple of his eye.

adomaaAdomaa Mansoh

Operations & Logistics Manager

Adomaa was recruited to run Weedingtech’s operations and logistics. As activity increased in the spring it became apparent there was too much for the core team to do and it risked compromising their ability to grow the business. Adomaa has previously worked in a number of logistics roles. Her most recent job was at a school where she was responsible for managing all admissions and operations.

spencer-bradshawSpencer Bradshaw

When Spencer isn’t looking after customers, he can be found pursuing his favourite outdoor activities like walking his dog and clay pigeon shooting.
